Application:
1.S-80ge is a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber;
2.S-80ge is pre-dispersed masterbatch, easy to weigh, processing is not flying, does not leak, taste is small, is conducive to employee health;Easy to disperse, no loss, to ensure stable performance of vulcanized products;
3.S-80ge can be evenly dispersed in the rubber to avoid local over-sulfurization;
4.S-80ge is especially suitable for compounds that require short-term mixing;
5.S-80ge is suitable for tires, hoses, tapes, rubber shoes and general industrial products.
Usage:Add with other gums in the back of the mill or mixer (feed temperature ≤ 90ºC).Dosage:0.5-4.0phr.
Package:25 kg in carton box with polyethylene bag liner.
Shelf time:12 months in cool and dry place
Note:Granules or flake products of different contents and different carriers can be made according to customer requirements.Such as S-80gs, S-80gn and so on.
